It feels like my family and I are starting our own little signing service here in Oregon...we haven't REALLY taken that step, but we have gotten three notaries trained, commissioned, and their first loan signings done in just the past month! Hello my friends, I had another great question come through from a close friend of mine recently. She had seen one of my YouTube videos and she had seen what I have been working on to build a great home based business, and she came to me and said, "I know you've mentioned becoming a Notary Signing Agent, but what is a CERTIFIED Notary Signing Agent?"
I thought that was a great question, and with just a bit of research and information I was able to come up with an easy explanation that I'll share with you today. I couldn't believe it... it was only my 2nd signing and I was asked to do something that was unethical, illegal and just plain wrong. A notary signing service asked me to do something that could cause me to lose my commission, lose my business and even go to jail! This quick article is my story about what happened...
