My Story
My Name is Jody, and I have a super fulfilling life! After I graduated from high school in sunny Southern California, I joined the U.S. Navy as a young seventeen-year-old and became a jet engine mechanic! I soon had my first real exposure to adult life and what it meant to work hard. I learned so the life-long gift of attention to detail and I truly loved my time in the Navy, however, when my 5 year enlistment was over I was ready to move on from jet engine oil to working with children.
I attended some community college during my enlistment while I was able, but once I was out of the military, I enrolled fulltime in a university and earned a bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education with an endorsement in reading, and I began my life as a teacher. It was during that first year that I met my future husband! I didn't know it but that whirlwind year would change all of my plans! We ended up with a baby and married and soon I was jet-setting around the world following my husband who was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
Here we are a little over a decade later and I manage a busy home with five amazing children who have been homeschooled their whole lives. My husband has a steady, secure job working in the public sector, but we are adventurous at heart and we are always excited for change! My husband is a dreamer and he is constantly trying new work-from-home businesses, including everything from appliance repair, to Amazon flipping, search engine optimization to lemonade stand selling. He's always coming to me with the next big idea and this is something I LOVE about him.
Recently one of those ideas took root after he listened to a podcast about becoming a loan signing agent! In my first post I'll tell the story about how we ended up jumping onto this path, but essentially he got me excited and now we're doing it together, with BIG dreams of him leaving his full time job and us working as an agency together. Our main goal is to have more quality family time as we dive in and build a loan signing agency as a team.

Why Are We Here?
I really don't know if it's my personality, or my enthusiasm... maybe it's my positive attitude, but I have had several personal friends already ask me to share the details about becoming a mobile notary signing agent. With all of the questions pouring in, my husband suggested that we build out this website to document my progress, hold ourselves accountable and give people the opportunity to earn their own money working from home, by guiding, teaching, and giving real-life examples of how our business is working on a daily basis.
I started by throwing up a quick YouTube video, which you'll see linked in the site, and I literally cannot believe the reaction it has garnered. I feel like people are in real need of clear, concise information that is laid out in an easy-to-understand format.
People have already been asking so many pertinent questions and they need those questions answered in a clear way. I want to be able to share that information in the best way possible.

What is the Goal of This Site?
This website was built to help all of you. I have been able to refer people with questions to a single place where they can read, watch videos, and be able to contact me with questions that aren't answered about their own complicated situation. I am a teacher at heart and I want to use my own education and experience to serve you by giving you the best education you can get as you embark on your own loan signing journey.
If you ever need a hand or have any questions, please feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.
All the best,
Jody Williamson

Tim Williamson
Hi there, I'm Tim and my wife Jody run's this business like a true professional. I'm extremely proud of the journey she's started and glad that I can come alongside and help her. I've been working for the federal government in various positions for nearly 15 years. I started off in the U.S. Air Force as a Public Health Technician. After serving for a bit more than 7 years I separated from active duty, and started going back to school for mathematics & natural science. Shortly after starting attending university again, I got offered a position with the U. S. Department of Health and Human services, based out of Portland, Oregon working in regulatory affairs.
I'm still working fulltime for the government, so I am only working part time as a notary loan signing agent. In my free time (ha ha...) I like to play music, ride scooters, dig in the garden, chase chickens and cute kids around our yard while trying to check everything off my ever growing honey-do list.
